General Manager - Operations

Sarah is an experienced people and culture leader, mentor and coach and has transitioned to an operational leader. Shes spent over 18 years as a trusted business partner to executive leaders across the healthcare and retail sectors.

Sarah’s skills lie in her ability to engage others to unlock their capabilities, fostering an environment where teams and individuals can reach their full potential. Sarah’s leadership is underpinned by her extensive experience in industrial relations, employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing and culture. Sarah has demonstrated success linking values, people strategies and frameworks to business growth and performance outcomes.

Through her career Sarah has led multiple acquisition projects, large scale restructures, cultural reform projects, HR framework creation and organisation design. Sarah is responsible for leading the AMG people agenda, providing strategic direction, partnership and support on all people related matters.

Wayne Ramsey

Head of Practitioner Recruitment & Retention

With over 15 years of experience in Recruitment across both Agency and Internal functions, Wayne has extensive skillset in negotiation, influence, and team building. Wayne has spent the last 6 years working with multiple primary care providers in national roles across Australia in senior leadership and brings a wealth of experience in practitioner recruitment strategy including international talent acquisition. Highly engaging to ensure process, onboarding, relocation and career development plans are carried out and run smoothly.

Angela Palmer

Clinical Operation Support

Angela is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years’ experience, including 20 years in primary health care across clinical, operational and leadership roles. She brings extensive expertise in practice management, clinical governance, and operational strategy, with a strong understanding of Medicare frameworks and regulatory compliance.

Angela is an experienced leader who strengthens team performance, streamlines systems, and ensures high standards of patient-centred care across primary care settings.

Emma Williams

Lead Aesthetic Nurse

Emma has 21 years of experience in the Aesthetics industry. Starting in 2002 with the launch of the first approved anti-wrinkle product in Australia she then went on to lead the clinical function for Allergan for aesthetic injectables. During this time, she was exposed to leading national and international trainers in the field and developed a key understanding of anatomy and injectable techniques to deliver best clinical outcomes with a focus on patient safety.

Emma regularly trains doctors and nurses in the administration of many facial injectable treatments and is the co-owner of Complete Face, the first digital encyclopedia on facial injectables which is an educational platform for healthcare professionals.

A key part of her professional life has been developing best practice aesthetic protocols, clinical training resources, injector assessments and clinical competencies: all with the goal of enhancing patient safety and aesthetic outcomes.
