Jeremy is a healthcare executive with wide-ranging experience in both domestic and international markets. He has served as CEO of three multi-site healthcare groups, delivering significant growth through strategic acquisition and scaling.

The importance of maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in healthcare is Jeremy’s top priority. He recognises the importance of clinical leadership and values critical partnerships between clinicians and management. Jeremy places a significant emphasis on creating positive workplace cultures that attract and retain people, whilst ensuring our organisation nurtures an environment for clinicians to continue providing exceptional outcomes to their patients.

Under Jeremy’s leadership, healthcare organisations have become widely recognised as leaders in their respective specialties. Jeremy is a trusted leader in the healthcare industry and continues to drive positive change and innovation in this field.

David Holzgrefe

Chief Financial Officer / Head of Acquisitions

David is a Chartered Accountant and spent the first 10 years of his career with KPMG, he then spent the next 15 years as a senior executive working in various industries with both public and private companies.  David was the founder of the IMSG group of GP clinics and has recently completed the successful exit of the group via Better Medical into Australia’s 5th largest GP group.  David started with a single GP clinic and over the period of 8 years grew via greenfield expansion to 5 clinics and over 65 staff.  David was involved in all facets of the business from clinical, financial, recruitment, acquisitions and setting the strategic direction for the group.

David has full comprehension of the matters that affect the running of a medical clinic and with his experience and knowledge is always looking at ways to improve the performance of clinics.

Prior to IMSG, David has been an advisor to Boards in several industries including the medical industry.  David is highly experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions, including structuring transactions to maximise the outcomes for both the buyer and seller and the vitally important post-merger integration process.

Greg Knappstein

Head of Marketing

Greg has extensive experience in marketing for health related industries as well as developing product marketing content, campaigns and programs. In addition, he is a creative storyteller who can bring services and insights to life for patients. He has a proven track record of building new platforms from scratch, leading initiatives cross-functionally and creating value for patients and practices.

In his senior roles, he has developed comprehensive marketing plans including objectives, strategies, and programs designed to support overall objectives and establish awareness, reputation, consideration, and conversion tactics. 

His patient centric approach is clear and actionable, with clinical success being his tangible measuring stick. Greg is responsible for overseeing all of AMG’s clinical marketing objectives and initiatives.

Sarah Lestor

Head of People & Culture

Sarah is an experienced people and culture leader, mentor and coach and has spent over 18 years as a trusted business partner to executive leaders across the healthcare and retail sectors.

Sarah’s skills lie in her ability to engage others to unlock their capabilities, fostering an environment where teams and individuals can reach their full potential. Sarah’s leadership is underpinned by her extensive experience in industrial relations, employee relations, learning and development, wellbeing and culture. Sarah has demonstrated success linking values, people strategies and frameworks to business growth and performance outcomes.

Through her career Sarah has led multiple acquisition projects, large scale restructures, cultural reform projects, HR framework creation and organisation design. Sarah is responsible for leading the AMG people agenda, providing strategic direction, partnership and support on all people related matters.

Emma P Williams AMG

Emma Williams

Lead Aesthetic Nurse

Emma has 21 years of experience in the Aesthetics industry. Starting in 2002 with the launch of the first approved anti-wrinkle product in Australia she then went on to lead the clinical function for Allergan for aesthetic injectables. During this time, she was exposed to leading national and international trainers in the field and developed a key understanding of anatomy and injectable techniques to deliver best clinical outcomes with a focus on patient safety.

Emma regularly trains doctors and nurses in the administration of many facial injectable treatments and is the co-owner of Complete Face, the first digital encyclopedia on facial injectables which is an educational platform for healthcare professionals.

A key part of her professional life has been developing best practice aesthetic protocols, clinical training resources, injector assessments and clinical competencies: all with the goal of enhancing patient safety and aesthetic outcomes.
