Deb was the founder of the world-leading medi-aesthetic franchise Australian Skin Clinics (ASC) and in five years took it from start-up to 60 franchised clinics, turning over $70 million.
In 2019 after overseeing a merger between the Australian Skin Clinic group and the Ella Rouge Franchise owned by Hairhouse Warehouse, she sold out her interests.
Deb’s career has been a series of ‘firsts’. She was the first non-doctor to become a partner in a UK medical practice, and her group were the first non-pharmacists to own a UK pharmacy. She also opened England’s first drive-thru pharmacy, giving her extensive hands on experience in managing clinical relationships.
Deb’s extensive experience within varying healthcare industries, including medical aesthetics, both domestically and internationally, assists AMG in its strategic direction and growth.
